How to contact support

Tacq support works inside the app itself — it’s an ordinary Tacq session, with no third-party chat widgets and no need to leave an email.

• In the app or on the web, open the support chat (app.tacq.app/support) — a session with us opens.
• Describe your question; we’ll reply in the same session.
• If email is easier, write to beta@tacq.app; note that in this case we will see your email address.

Nothing is sent in the background: you create the request yourself, and you decide what goes in it.
