Tacq Terms of Service
Welcome to Tacq — a managed contact platform developed and maintained by the independent Tacq Team. By using our application, you agree to these rules.
1. Nature of the Service
Tacq is a tool for establishing secure connections ("anonymous handshakes"). We provide technology to create isolated communication sessions without the need to reveal your personal data.
2. Account Security
Since we do not link accounts to a phone number or personal email, traditional password recovery (via SMS or email) is impossible. You are solely responsible for the security of your password and the generated Master ID. If lost, it is technically impossible to restore access to your chats.
3. Your Responsibility for Content
The Tacq system does not require you to enter personal data (PD). However, if you voluntarily choose to share your real name, phone number, bank details, or sensitive documents in a chat, you bear full responsibility for the distribution of this information. We strongly recommend sharing sensitive information only with interlocutors you fully trust.
4. Session Isolation and Prohibition of Transfer
Each communication session (chat) in Tacq is unique and belongs only to its participants (or the owning organization in the case of business accounts). You may not sell, rent, or otherwise unlawfully transfer access to your account to third parties.
5. Unacceptable Behavior and Spam Protection
Tacq is created for productive and secure communication. It is strictly forbidden to:
- Use the platform for spamming, mass unsolicited invitations, or creating automated botnets.
- Publish, upload, or distribute illegal, extremist content, or materials that infringe on copyrights.
- Use the system to threaten, blackmail, or harass other users.
The Tacq Team reserves the right to apply automated Rate Limits to protect the infrastructure from flooding and DDoS attacks.
6. Blocks and Conflict Resolution
Instead of complex reporting systems, we offer users a radical control tool: the "Block" button. If an interlocutor behaves inappropriately, you can instantly sever the connection. A blocked session is permanently deprived of messaging functionality unless you choose to unblock it.
