Pilot program
A pilot is not the same as free early access. Early access is open to any organization — just connect and use the business engine. A pilot is a focused, hands-on trial we run with a few selected organizations to prove the value on your own data.
Pilot vs. free early access
Any organization can start on free early access on its own, no strings attached. A pilot adds three things a self-serve account does not have: our hands-on help, a metric agreed in advance, and a review at the end.
How a pilot works
- Who it is for
- Selected niches where an anonymous first contact matters most — healthcare, legal, real estate, HR. We take on a few at a time so we can help properly.
- What we do
- We personally help you set up your organization, one real scenario (request queue or Ghost Lead Catcher), a department/service link and routing.
- Duration
- A fixed window — usually 4–6 weeks. It has a clear start and a clear end, not an open-ended “let’s see”.
- Success metric
- We agree on one number up front — e.g. inquiries handled without collecting a phone number, or ghost leads recovered — so “did it work?” has an honest answer.
- How it ends
- A joint review: what worked, what didn’t, whether you stay on, and whether the paid Verified tier would be worth it for you.
